We want to make sure all our members have a positive experience with the Adelaide Thunderbirds and kindly ask them to read the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) prior to purchasing.
The below T&Cs are relevant to the purchase of 2024 membership of the Adelaide Thunderbirds.
These T&Cs are subject to change and are at the discretion of the Adelaide Thunderbirds and Netball South Australia.
By purchasing an Adelaide Thunderbirds membership, you thereby agree to these T&Cs. You acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement on the terms set out below with Netball SA for the entire duration of the membership.
Netball Australia reserves the right to, in conjunction with Suncorp Super Netball (SSN), change dates, times and venues as appropriate prior to or during the 2024 SSN season.
2024 MEMBERSHIP DEPOSIT PAYMENT
All renewing Adelaide Thunderbirds members are encouraged to pay a deposit to secure their seat at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in 2024 and beyond. The fee will be $25 per membership. If you have multiple members on your account, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $25 per member, which will go toward the 2024 membership product.
Once memberships launch for the 2024 season later in the year, members will be able to choose any membership category they wish and the $25 per person will be deducted from the total cost of each membership.
Members will have until Sunday 23 July to make the deposit payment, before it opens up to the general public on Monday 24 July.
Renewing members will need to make the deposit payment to ensure that they have first priority for seating at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. The priority will be as follows:
- 1st priority: Renewing Adelaide Thunderbirds members with the 2024 deposit in their account
- 2nd priority: New members with the 2024 deposit in their account
- 3rd priority: 2023 Adelaide Thunderbirds members without the 2024 deposit in their account
- 4th priority: General public
SEAT SELECTION PROCESS
We will work with the Adelaide Entertainment Centre to ensure a smooth transition for members from Netball SA Stadium to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
All 2023 members are eligible to select three seat(s) preferences for the 2024 season. Each preference must be in a different section of the venue. The Adelaide Thunderbirds membership team will do their best to ensure members who complete the selection receive one of their preferences.
The member will select a category when completing their seat preferences. The membership category that is selected will determine the amount invoiced to the member.
*Only 2023 Adelaide Thunderbirds members will be able to select a seating preference. Any new members for 2024 will choose their seat(s) from the interactive seating map when memberships go live.
All 2023 members will be able to view the seat(s) that have been assigned on their invoice prior to renewing.
If you are not happy with your automatic selection, you will be able to change these seats prior to memberships going on sale to the general public. Please note, if you decide to change your seat(s), you will need to contact the membership team on (08) 8238 0500 or via email at email@example.com.
If you do not wish to select preferences, you will be able to use an interactive seating map to select a seat/s when memberships go live for renewal.

- 2023 members with paid deposit: First renewal window
- 2024 new members with paid deposit: Second renewal window
- 2023 members with unpaid deposit/General Public: Third renewal window
