Adelaide Entertainment Centre Ticketing 

All 3 and 1 game members will be able to redeem their game/s and seat/s for the 2025 season from February 11 2:00pm via the Ticketek website. ALL 3 and 1 game members with access will need to redeem their seat/s via the process outlined below. Please note you will receive separate communication ahead of this date.

Step 1 
Go to the Adelaide Thunderbirds event on the Ticketek website.
Step 2 
Enter your unique member code(s) in the password box. If you have multiple memberships under your account please use the code provided to you via email with the following sequence per membership A,B,C,D etc.
*If you have multiple memberships and you would like to sit together, all numbers must be included in the same transaction (as per the format in the adjacent image). If you have one membership please ONLY enter your unique member code.
Step 3 
Click “unlock tickets”.
Step 4 
Select “best available (any price)” and the system will automatically allocate you a seat(s) in your relevant membership category.
Step 5 
Select “1” under each unique member code, choose your delivery option and click “Next”.
Step 6 
Once the map appears, your seat(s) will be highlighted in green. Please note: you are able to move your seats. If you wish to do this, please select new seats from the map and click “move seats” when prompted.
Step 7 
Click “check out” and complete your transaction by logging into your Ticketek account. Please note: if you do not have a Ticketek account, you will need to create one.

You should receive an order confirmation by email for your completed transaction.

  • If you selected the “print-at-home” option, your tickets will be attached as PDF files and you can print these out.
  • If you selected the mobile ticket option, you should receive an SMS for each ticket you redeemed.
  • If you selected venue collect, your tickets will be available for collection at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Ticket Office.
