The Adelaide Thunderbirds will welcome back defensive superstar and 2026 Club Champion Latanya Wilson, extending her contract for another three seasons.
The international star continued to stamp her dominance on the Super Netball competition in 2026, leading the league for intercepts with 42 and finishing third for deflections with 72.
She was named Player of the Match on four occasions, including on the biggest stage of all as she recorded 104 net points, 7 gains, 6 deflections and 3 intercepts in the Grand Final.
At the close of the season, Wilson was crowned Club Champion for her third-consecutive season.
Earlier this month, she became a silver medallist with Jamaica at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Thunderbirds Head Coach Tania Obst said Wilson would continue to be a critical part of the club’s defensive unit.
“Latanya continues to get better and develop her game every season,” Obst said.
“She has natural talent with incredible athleticism that is the perfect combination with her worth ethic and determination to improve.
“Her versatility is invaluable and we’re excited to work with her again.”
