The Adelaide Thunderbirds have locked in their shooting circle for next season, with Lenize Potgieter and Samantha Gooden joining Georgie Horjus in committing for 2021.

Gooden showed great potential in her first season with the Thunderbirds, embracing the new super shot and proving her ability to sink the long bombs.
Thunderbirds High Performance Manager Pitre Bourdon said the club was thrilled to secure both shooters for the 2021 season.
“Lenize certainly showed us what she can do at Suncorp Super Netball level this year,” Bourdon said.
“As an international player, she brings great experience and a unique playing style to the side and we’re excited to see her combinations with Georgie and Sammy develop further.
“Sammy gave us a great insight into what she can offer in her first season with us.
“We know she’s capable of delivering the long-range shot, she also presents strongly under the post and to cap it off she is an exceptional team person.
“We’re looking forward to seeing how she grows in 2021.”
