Members will be at the heart of a new partnership between two iconic South Australian brands as the Adelaide Thunderbirds announce a three-year major partnership with RAA.
The announcement comes as the Thunderbirds celebrate a new membership record, reaching over 6,000 members during 2025 – the second highest in Suncorp Super Netball.
As the official Adelaide Thunderbirds member partner, RAA branding will feature for the first time at the club’s Member Recognition Round on Saturday, July 12 at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
From 2026, RAA members will also benefit from special ticketing offers and exclusive inner sanctum experiences at Thunderbirds matches.
Kangaroo Island talent and Thunderbird #100 Georgie Horjus will also be the official RAA ambassador.

“Our members are at the heart of everything we do at the Thunderbirds and Netball SA, and we know this is a passion we share with RAA,” Ms Klei said.
“As a club, we’re incredibly proud to have over 6,000 loyal and passionate members in our Pink Army and their support means the world to the team.
“This new record is significant for us as the second-highest membership base in Suncorp Super Netball and we’re thrilled to welcome RAA as the official member partner for the next three years.
“We look forward to celebrating Member Recognition Round at our fortress, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, on Saturday, July 12.”
Chief Executive Officer Nick Reade said RAA is pleased to partner with another iconic South Australian sporting organisation.
“As South Australia’s largest member organisation with more than 830,000 members, we’re thrilled to be partnering with the Thunderbirds, who’ve just reached their own member milestone of 6,000,” Mr Reade said.
