The Adelaide Thunderbirds’ 2027 fixture has dropped, with the reigning premiers starting their title defence on Sunday, April 11.
They’ll face newcomers the Sydney Sirens for the first time as they hit the road for the opening round.
The Pink Army will welcome their side home for Round 2 as they take on the NSW Swifts at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
A Grand Final re-match will take place in Round 4 as the Melbourne Vixens come to Adelaide for a Saturday night blockbuster.
The first of two First Nations Rounds will be celebrated as the Thunderbirds travel to Sydney to play the Swifts in Round 8, before hosting their home First Nations Round in Round 13 against the Firebirds.
All matches will be broadcast live and free on the Nine network.
Thunderbirds co-captain Georgie Horjus shared her excitement for the season ahead.
“Honestly, there’s never been a more exciting time to play in the best netball league in the world,” Horjus said.
“With so much player movement, the competition is going to be tighter than ever. Anything can happen, and there are so many new faces and combinations for fans to get around.
“We know being on free-to-air is going to bring Super Netball to a whole new audience, and we can’t wait to work closely with Nine Network as a playing group to bring this new partnership to life.”
