The Adelaide Thunderbirds have re-appointed Tania Obst as head coach ahead of the 2022 season.
Obst will take the reins for her fourth-consecutive season after first taking on the head coach role back in 2019.
The SA coaching icon said she was excited to build on the momentum her side made in the 2021 season.
“We've built a very talented, young and determined list and I look forward to taking this team to the next level in 2022,” Obst said.
“We will continue to build on our foundations, and I have full confidence in this group to find success for this club.
“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to lead the Adelaide Thunderbirds again.”
Netball SA CEO Bronwyn Klei said the club was pleased to re-appoint Obst for the fourth season.
“Tania has a very rich history with netball in South Australia and is incredibly passionate about this club,” Klei said.
“She built a strong foundation in her opening three seasons and the team made great strides in 2021.
“We’re excited to see this young, exciting and diverse list continues to grow under her guidance in 2022.”
