Adelaide Thunderbirds goal shooter Lenize Potgieter will not play in the side’s Round Six clash with the Melbourne Vixens as the club takes a cautionary approach to a minor knee injury.
After playing three games in eight days, the club has decided to manage Potgieter’s load this weekend.
Training partner and South Australian emerging shooter Lucy Austin will take her place in the 10.
The Thunderbirds will take on the Vixens from 6:30pm ACST at John Cain Arena.
The match will be broadcast live via Fox Sports on Foxtel and Kayo.
