Adelaide Thunderbirds midcourter Hannah Petty will miss the club’s Fan Day pre-season match against the NSW Swifts this weekend.
The club is taking a precautionary approach to a minor ankle injury Petty sustained during the side’s second pre-season match in Bendigo last weekend.
The club expects Petty to be available for the Team Girls Cup pre-season tournament on the Gold Coast from February 24-26.
The Thunderbirds will host the Swifts this Sunday, February 19 at Netball SA Stadium for the club’s Fan Day.
