We're pumped to host our home games at Priceline Stadium. For our lucky members who get to attend these games, please read the below information.
TICKETS
We will be sending out your tickets for ALL Adelaide home games on Saturday 5 September.
If you do not receive your ticket ahead of your nominated game, please still come to the game and we will be able to facilitate entry. Please just bring your confirmation of 2020 membership (e.g. member card or present an email from us).
Please note: As Priceline Stadium's capacity has been restricted due to COVID-19 regulations, we have been unable to open tickets up to the general public. Only Adelaide Thunderbirds members have been allocated tickets to our home games. We will post on social media if any tickets become available for purchase.
ENTRY
There will be different entry points to Priceline Stadium depending on which grand stand your seats are allocated. Please check your tickets and refer to the map below for your relevant entry point.
- Western Grand Stand - Enter via the main entrance (near the ticket office)
- Northern Grand Stand – Enter via the VIP entrance
- Eastern Grand Stand – Enter via the Eastern side of the building (closest to Sir Donald Bradman drive).
DOORS OPEN AND FAN VILLAGE
Doors will open an hour prior to the match beginning - 2pm for our Sunday matches and at 6pm for our Wednesday match. There will be a smaller Fan Village available for members to enjoy at the main entrance of the stadium.
SEATS
Please note that we have had to checkerboard seating due to social distancing requirements. You may have different seating at each home game and we have tried our best to accommodate seating as close as possible to your normal allocation
PARKING
$10 car parking at Priceline Stadium will be available and you will be able to pay via EFTPOS or cash. For members who have purchased a car park pass, please present this when entering the car park. You should have received your car park pass via email already.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The canteen will be open at Priceline Stadium but all food and beverage will need to be consumed in your seat. There will be an additional beverage outlet in the south-eastern foyer.
EXITING THE STADIUM
Please leave the stadium through the same way your entered. We will be doing a staggered exit so please DO NOT leave your seat until advised.
LET'S BE COVID SAFE
To ensure Priceline Stadium stays COVID safe, please:
- Stay home if you are feeling sick with cold or flu like symptoms.
- Be mindful of others when moving in and around the stadium and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
- Arrive early to avoid congestion.
- Follow signage and directions of event day staff.
- Sit in the seat allocated to you and printed on your ticket. Please do not sit in any other seat.
- Be seated whilst eating and drinking in the venue.
- Practice good hygiene at all times – keep up the hand washing / use hand sanitizer / and always couch and sneeze into your elbow.
- The venue is strongly preferring cashless payments.
- Do not leave your seat at the end of the game until instructed to do so by staff and officials.
- Download and use the Government’s COVIDSafe app and make sure it’s up and running before you leave your house. This isn't mandatory by we encourage you to do so for COIVD tracing.
