Netball SA and the Adelaide Thunderbirds are proud to extend their principal charity partnership with The Hospital Research Foundation Group for another two years.
The partnership extension spans all levels of netball in South Australia, from grassroots to elite, and will see the two iconic SA organisations enter their third and fourth years together.
The Hospital Research Foundation Group will continue as the Adelaide Thunderbirds’ Principal Charity Partner, as the reigning premiers make their move to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, tripling capacity for attendance.
“Our first two years in partnership with The Hospital Research Foundation Group have been incredibly successful and we have achieved a lot for netball and our community,” Netball SA CEO Bronwyn Klei said.
“As we enter another two years together, we remain committed to our shared passion for our community’s health and wellbeing from grassroots to the elite and throwing our support behind people fighting disease and illness.
“The Foundation will continue to be the naming rights partner for The Hospital Research Foundation Group Premier League and our Adelaide Thunderbirds School Holiday Clinics as they work with athletes at all eight clubs to continue to promote heathy habits.
“Netball SA has been lucky to work with the Foundation’s team over the past two years and we look forward to what we can achieve again in 2024 and 2025.”
The Hospital Research Foundation Group’s Chief Executive Officer Briony Marshall said it was a privilege to partner with the Adelaide Thunderbirds and Netball SA to have a life-changing impact on the community.
"The Adelaide Thunderbirds and Netball SA have consistently demonstrated excellence on and off the court, embodying the values of teamwork and community which also align with The Hospital Research Foundation Group’s mission.
“This renewed partnership further emphasises the club’s dedication to making a lasting impact beyond the netball court, and improving the health and wellbeing of every South Australian.”
