Lauren Frew
Sharpshooter Lauren Frew will return to the Adelaide Thunderbirds for her third season with the club in 2026.
After a breakout debut in 2024, Frew built on her first-year success with another strong campaign in 2025. She finished the season with 636 Nissan Net Points, 155 goals and 37 super shots - the most of any Thunderbird and the fifth-highest tally across the league. Frew became Thunderbird #109 in Round 1 of 2024. In her first year as a Thunderbird, she became a premiership player and was named Player of the Match in the Major Semi-Final. She recorded 574 Nissan Net Points, 117 goals, 91 goal assists and 140 centre pass receives, and was named Rookie of the Year across the competition. She also earned her first international selection in Australia’s side for the 2024 Fast5 Netball World Series. Along her netball journey, Frew represented South Australia on multiple occasions and become a premiership star with the Matrics Netball Club in The Hospital Research Foundation Group Premier League.
