Wilson made a name for herself in 2022, standing out as one of the best defenders in Suncorp Super Netball in just her second season in the league.
She experienced a breakout season, demonstrating her athletic flair and impeccable ability to read the play in both goal defence and wing defence.
At just 20 years of age, she finished second in the league for deflections with 70 and third for intercepts with 31.
She also finished second at the Thunderbirds for Net Points with 768, behind Shamera Sterling with whom she continued to build a connection with in 2022.
As a result, she was named in GD in the SSN Team of the Year.
Prior to joining Adelaide, Wilson signed with the Celtic Dragons in the Vitality Netball Superleague in the UK, although only played two games before the 2020 season was cancelled due to COVID-19.
In January of 2020, she made her debut for Jamaican international side the Sunshine Girls, teaming up with Sterling in the defensive goal circle for her country.
Off the court, Wilson is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts.
