Jazmin McKay
C, GD, WD
South Australian rising talent Jazmin McKay has made history as the Adelaide Thunderbirds' first ever mother-daughter selection for the 2027 season.
McKay joins the club’s list as the daughter of Thunderbird #2 and Australian Diamond #113 Sarah Sutter.
Versatile, dynamic and incredibly athletic, the 18-year-old has starred at every step of the Netball SA pathway, proving her ability across both the midcourt and defensive units.
A dual premiership player for Contax Netball Club in the Hospital Research Foundation Group Premier League and a SASI athlete, McKay has represented South Australia multiple times and earned MVP honours in both the 17U and 19U divisions.
In 2025, she debuted for the Thunderbirds Futures side in the Super Netball Reserves, before earning her first Thunderbirds selection as a training partner for 2026.
She was named MVP for Contax in the side’s Premier League premiership victory in August.
