Adelaide Thunderbirds Membership

Adelaide Thunderbirds members who purchased their membership prior to the announcement of the new Stadium policy should contact the memberships team at memberships@netballsa.asn.au or 08 8238 0500 to discuss refunds.

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days, once the Adelaide Thunderbirds membership team have been notified in writing of your request to cancel your membership.

Please allow a further 3-5 business days for the fund to be deposited in to your account.

You are eligible to transfer this ticket into another member’s name or you are able to reprice your membership from a family, to individual memberships in individual accounts.

Yes, the memberships team will be communicating to all current 2022 members with a COVID-19 vaccination survey, which will be distributed via email.  Additional conditions of entry for both Netball SA Stadium and Adelaide Entertainment Centre will be required.

You will not be required to show proof of vaccination at the time of purchasing Adelaide Thunderbirds memberships, however you will be required to accept the terms and conditions at time of purchasing.

Netball SA Stadium (all indoor and outdoor facilities)

Effective 12:01am Saturday 11 December 2021, all persons aged 16 years and older will be required to show proof of vaccination to enter Netball SA Stadium. 

In the case of a valid medical exemption, a certificate of exemption AND a recent negative test result no older than 72 hours will need to be provided.
	
All patrons (including spectators, players, volunteers, and officials) intending to attend the Netball SA Stadium for the purpose of but not limited to trials, competitions, training, must have received all required COVID-19 vaccinations.

In the case of a valid medical exemption, a certificate of exemption AND a recent negative test result no older than 72 hours will need to be provided.	

Netball SA Stadium staff will be conducting a random screening process at all points of entry.  In addition to this, our staff will be carrying out random checks throughout the stadium.

Patrons may be required to show photo ID to confirm their age.

People who are double vaccinated will be required to display their COVID-19 Digital Certificate via their smartphone upon request OR provide personal photo identification and printed immunisation certificate.

We will accept any of the following as proof of vaccination (samples below):

· COVID-19 Digital Certificate, available via your Medicare online account through myGOV or the Express Plus Medical Mobile App.
· 'VaxCheck’ – Digital COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate integrated into the mySA Gov App.
· A printed immunisation history statement accompanied by proof of identification.

In the case of a valid medical exemption, a certificate of exemption AND a recent negative test result no older than 72 hours will need to be provided.	

Proof of vaccination is now a condition of entry to Netball SA Stadium. If a person refuses to follow these conditions, they will not be allowed entry to the stadium.

The requirement will not apply where a patron holds a certified medial exemption and produces evidence of that medical exemption and evidence of a negative COVID-19 test received within the preceding 72 hours.

Only TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine and any booster vaccines as recommended by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) we be accepted.

Anyone with an official medical exemption will need to show a certificate of exemption and a recent negative test result (no older than 72 hours). This means you will need to ask your GP to apply to the Australian Immunisation Register and then SA Health and show proof of this approval.

They face a two-year ban from the venue and all events held at the venue.

Yes, you will need to check-in via a QR Code.  Download the mySA GOV app before you arrive and check-in outside the stadium.  If you need to sign-in using a pen and paper, you may do so at the main entrance to the stadium.

Yes. Under the COVID Management Plan it is a mandatory requirement from SA Health for patrons to always wear a mask and in all areas, including when seated, except when eating and drinking.  Children under 12 years old are not required to wear a mask.  You will need to bring your own mask.

No. Under the current policy and subject to law, patrons over the age of 16 entering Netball SA Stadium will not be admitted to, or permitted to re-enter, Netball SA Stadium unless they have received all required COVID-19 vaccinations meaning, patrons must be double vaccinated. 

This policy will be reviewed and updated regularly.
