2019 Membership Renewal FAQs

1When can I renew my membership?

2Can I keep my seat from the 2018 season?
Yes.

You can renew your 2018 membership online via Account Manager and keep your 2018 seat allocation, however due to the revamped seating structure your membership category may have changed. Therefore, there may be an increase, decrease or no change to your membership fees, either way you will have first rights to renew your seat.

Please refer to your ‘Important changes to your Adelaide Thunderbirds membership’ email to see the impact on your membership.

How you keep your seat for 2019
1. Login to Account Manager
2. Process your 2019 Membership Invoice
3. Update your payment details and check your information is correct
4. You're all done! We're excited to have you on board for 2019!

Please note: if your ‘Important changes to your Adelaide Thunderbirds membership’ email explained that your 2018 member seat/s are in an area that is no longer allocated for member seating, follow the instructions in that email to secure your new seat.

3Can I stay in my current membership category?
Yes.

You can remain in your current membership category (i.e. Elite, Platinum, Gold, Silver). However, to do so, you may need to select a new seat location.

If you want to stay in your current membership category and change your seat, visit this page on the Adelaide Thunderbirds website to notify the Membership Team of your request.
4Can I change both my membership category and my seat?
Yes.

5What if I don’t renew my seat in the outlined timeframes?
If you do not renew your seat by 5pm on 5 December, your seats will be released and available to the general public when memberships go on-sale on at 10am, 10 December.

From this time you can also purchase new memberships via the Adelaide Thunderbirds website.
6What does this mean for auto-renewal members?
If your membership is set up on auto-renewal, your invoice for your 2019 membership will be available for review in Account Manager from Monday 26 November. Auto-renewals will be processed on 10 December, allowing time for you to review your 2019 membership category seat or look at different options before the payment is processed.
7Can I still opt out of the auto-renewal option?
Yes.

If you’re unsure as to whether you would like to keep your membership in its current form, but don’t want to miss out on your seats simply click here and complete the form to notify the Membership Team of your request.

You will then have up until December 5 to renew your membership via your online account.
8What if I want to deduct members from my group?
If you attend with a group and not all of you are renewing please complete this form to notify the Membership Team so the seats can be reshuffled manually.
9What if I want to add members to my group?
If you would like to purchase additional memberships to attend with your group, please complete this form and the Membership Team will be in touch to discuss your seating options before memberships go on sale to the general public on 10 December.
10How will my seat be allocated if a home game is played at a different venue in Adelaide, other than Priceline Stadium?
Your seat will be allocated in an equivalent location at another stadium.
11How do I make changes to my payment plan?
Please review your current payment plan online at the time of your renewal via your Account Manager. Through the checkout process, you can update your payment options to include an upfront payment or to start a monthly payment plan. You will need to provide/update your credit card details at this time.

If you’re on auto-renewal and have an existing payment plan that you wish to update, please contact the Membership Team at memberships@netballsa.asn.au.
12How do I update other details of my membership? (i.e. email address, credit card number, contact details etc.)
You can ensure all of your personal information and details are up-to-date via your Account Manager site by choosing Account Settings in the quick links menu on the left.

From there select Manage Your Settings and update the required fields as shown below:



To secure your 2019 membership, please ensure that your credit card details are up-to-date on the system to avoid missing payment deadlines.
