1When does membership go on sale?
Membership went on sale on Wednesday, August 31 and is currently still on sale.
2Do I receive a car parking pass with my 2017 membership?
Car parking passes are sold separately from membership this season, to ensure members enjoy savings. The change comes following feedback from members, who previously paid for unnecessary car parking passes as a part of their chosen membership package. This year, you can choose the level of membership you require, without the whole family ending up with their own parking pass! Car parking passes cost $60 and allow you to park with ease at all seven game days. By pre-purchasing a car parking pass, you are ensured a spot in the Priceline Stadium and Titanium Security Arena car parks on game day, as well as saving $10. To purchase a parking pass, simply log into your Thunderbirds account and select 'car parking pass'. If you have any questions, visit the FAQs or car parking page on the Thunderbirds website.
3How do I become an Adelaide Thunderbirds Member?
Visit adelaidethunderbirds.com.au and click on the Membership tab for all information relating to the Adelaide Thunderbirds membership packages. When purchasing membership online, our membership and ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, will take care of your transaction.
4What are the membership payment options?
Members are welcome to pay a full upfront payment of their membership, or alternatively sign up to a direct debit payment plan. The payment plan is outlined below: 1st Payment - 15th September 2016 - 25% 2nd Payment - 15th October 2016 - 15% 3rd Payment - 15th November 2016 - 15% 4th Payment - 15th December 2016 - 15% 5th Payment - 15th January 2017 - 15% 6th Payment - 15th February 2017 - 15% Please note, if you purchase membership later in the year, you will be required to pay the previous months upfront before continuing on the payment plan.
5I’m an existing member who selected to have my membership auto-renewed. Will this still work?
If you signed up to auto-renewal last season, your membership will be renewed automatically this season.
6Do existing members have an exclusive renewal period?
Existing members will enjoy an exclusive three-week renewal period from Wednesday, August 31 at 6pm, to Wednesday, September 21 at midnight. During the time, members’ seats will be held and unavailable for purchase by the general public. The general public will be able to purchase any other seats not held. Once the three-week renewal period is up, any existing members’ seats that have not been renewed will become available to the general public.
7I’m an existing member and I want to change the position of my seats.
If you are an existing member and want to change the position of your seats, you will need to renew your current seats during the three-week renewal period. Once the renewal period closes, you can then log back into your account and view the new seats that have become available. If there are seats available that you want to change to, you can simply swap your seats.
8I’m an existing member and I want to add an extra seat on to my membership.
If you are an existing member and want to add an extra seat on to your membership you will need to renew your current seats during the three-week renewal period. Once the renewal period closes, you can then log back into your account and view the new seats that have become available. If there are seats available that offer additional space, you can simply swap your seats to the area that accommodates.
9Why have the 2017 membership packages changed?
The Adelaide Thunderbirds constantly strive to keep their members happy. Each year we review our membership structure to ensure we are providing our members with the best possible membership offering. During this year’s review, it became apparent that existing members and non-members wanted some flexibility around membership. To meet this demand, we have introduced a 3 Game Pass and a 1 Game Pass, so supporters who cannot commit to a full season can still join the Pink Army. Furthermore, we have reduced the number of membership categories from five to three categories, which will allow us to better service our members.
10What happens if I can’t make a home game?
Adelaide Thunderbirds Memberships are transferrable, like for like so if you can’t make a game, make someone’s day by giving them the opportunity to attend in your place. We don’t like empty seats in the stadium on game day.
11How can I purchase tickets and how much do they cost?
Tickets are on sale from Early March (date to be confirmed) and can be purchased via our website: www.adelaidethunderbirds.com.au – direct through Ticketmaster website www.ticketmaster.com.au or 13 6100. Tickets can also be purchased direct from all Ticketmaster agencies including Priceline Stadium prior to the day. A small processing fee will be charged for purchases from all Ticketmaster agencies.

12How do the 2016 membership categories transfer over into the 2017 membership categories?
• The former Cheer Squad and Pink Plus Zone Members will now be known as Platinum Members. • The former Pink Zone and Silver Plus Zone Members will now be known as Gold Members. • The former Silver Members will remain the same.

15How many Adelaide Thunderbirds home games will there by in 2017?
The Adelaide Thunderbirds will have seven home games in 2017.
16I am an existing member and want to change my membership category. Can I do this in the renewal period.
If you are an existing member and want to change your membership category, do not renew your current seats. Instead, purchase new seats in your new section during the renewal period.
17I’m an existing member but want to downgrade my full season membership to a flexible membership (3 Game Pass or 1 Game Pass).
If you are an existing member and want to downgrade your full season membership to a flexible membership (3 Game Pass or a 1 Game Pass), do not renew your current seats. Our flexible members will be allocated to a different seating area than our full season members. Therefore, during the renewal period, simply purchase the 3 Game Pass or 1 Game pass.
18If I become a flexible member (3 Game Pass or 1 Game Pass) can I select the games I attend?
Flexible members (3 Game Pass or 1 Game Pass) will not be able to select the games they want to attend, but will instead have allocated games. The allocated games will be announced once the schedule is finalised by the National Netball League.
19If I am a new member, do I get to pick my own seats?
This year, existing members have a three-week period (31/09/16 – 21/09/16) to renew their membership and retain their seats for the upcoming season. Memberships remain on sale to the general public during this time, however, existing members’ seat will be unavailable for purchase. On the 21 August, any seats not renewed by 2016 members will be released to the general public to purchase on a first come, first served basis. As soon as memberships go on sale on August 31, new members will have the option to select their seats from the seats available.

Adelaide Thunderbirds memberships are transferrable, like for like. If you can’t make a game, make someone’s day by giving them the opportunity to attend in your place. We don’t like empty seats in the stadium on game day.
21As a member of the Adelaide Thunderbirds, do I get tickets to the finals?
Finals series ticketing is managed by the National Netball League. Adelaide Thunderbirds members do not automatically gain access to final series matches. However, should the Adelaide Thunderbirds make it into the final series, the National Netball League will work closely with team management to ensure you receive a priority purchase period.

24I’ve lost, misplaced or had my membership card stolen, what do I do?
If you have lost of misplaced your membership card, please contact the Membership Team as soon as you can by email at email@example.com. You will be required to provide the Adelaide Thunderbirds with appropriate identification when receiving a card replacement. A replacement card will be issued and a $500 free may be charged. In the instance of your membership card being stolen, the membership card will be replaced at no cost upon provision of a police report detailing the theft.
25Where do I park on game day?
Priceline Stadium has on-site car parking for up to 750 vehicles including 15 disability car parks. For all home games, limited parking will be available at Priceline and SA Athletics Stadiums at $10 per vehicle subject to availability. Parking passes can be purchased prior to the season commencing for $60. Free parking is also available on Railway Terrace and Sir Donald Bradman Drive where signs permit.
