Renew your membership in two easy steps!
Step 1: Complete the Adelaide Thunderbirds Membership Renewal Form to select your delivery/collection method, and to purchase any add-ons including members polos, discounted awards dinner tickets and car parking.
Step 2: Login to TicketMaster to update your contact details and confirm your payment method.
Yes. For no extra cost, you can spread the cost of your membership across six monthly instalments, deducted once a month from your nominated credit card.
The instalment schedule will commence on 11 October 2017 and conclude on 11 March 2018 (six-month plan).
Please note that we are unable to change the schedule date (if the 11th falls on a weekend or public holiday, then it will be deducted on the next business day). Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account on this date to cover the instalment amount.
Members paying after the first installment of 11 October 2017 will be required to pay the combined value of all installments due to bring them up-to-date with the instalment schedule.

Changes can include:
- Seat relocation
- Upgrade membership category
- Purchasing additional memberships
- Updating membership type (e.g. concession to Adult)

Please allow 2-4 business days for a response.
If you purchase your membership by 24 November 2017 and opt for postage, your membership pack will be posted to you by 8 December 2017.
Please allow 5-10 business days after this date for your membership pack to arrive.
If you purchase your membership from 25 November 2017 onwards you will receive your membership pack after Christmas.
Alternatively, membership packs will be available for collection from reception at Priceline Stadium from 11 December 2017.
Yes, you can! Adelaide Thunderbirds season memberships are fully transferable.
Simply pass your membership card onto friends, family, clients or anyone else, and ensure your seat is always full.
The individual using the membership needs to be eligible for your membership category (e.g. junior for junior etc), additional fees may apply.
Members must be under the age of 17 as at 1 January 2018 to be considered a Junior member. Members who turn 17 before this date will need to purchase a concession or adult membership.
Concession prices apply to pensioners and full-time students 17 years and over as at 1 January 2018.
Pensioner concession is available to people holding the following cards:
- Pension card (aged; single parent; disability)
- Student card (full-time only)
Concession is not available for senior cards, health care or health benefit cards. All concession members are required to produce appropriate identification when attending games.
Adelaide Thunderbirds memberships are non-refundable.
Once a membership has been purchased, the Adelaide Thunderbirds are under no obligation to provide a cancellation or refund.
The following additional purchases can be selected when renewing or purchasing your membership:
- Discounted season car park passes
- Members only polo shirt
- Discount to end of season Adelaide Thunderbirds Awards Dinner
