The Beginner Umpires Workshop is designed to teach beginner/learner umpires the basics of umpiring through practical experiences. 

What you’ll learn:

The workshop is a starting point for anyone who is interested in becoming a Netball Umpire. 

The workshop covers the basic concepts of umpiring through practical and theoretical components. 

This workshop is a blend of theory and practical and will cover: 

• Hand Signals 
• Free Pass and Penalty Pass 
• Positioning and Vision 
• Presented by Netball SA Badged Umpires 

This workshop will prepare umpires for their first steps in their umpiring journey.
