The Adelaide Thunderbirds return to Priceline Stadium for the Round 12 clash against Sunshine Coast Lightning on Sunday 22 July. Here’s everything you need to know about game day!
GAME DAY ESSENTIALS
10.30am – Carpark opens ($10 all-day parking)
11am – Fan Village and arena doors open
12.20pm – Adelaide Thunderbirds players on court
12.48pm – Centre pass
Quarter time – Torrens University jigsaw puzzle challenge
Half-time – Hamley Bridge Netball Club’s NetSetGO players take to the court and Suncorp Team Girls giveaway
Three-quarter time – ‘Hungry Hippos’ competition
Public transport – catch the train to Mile End Railway Station, which is a 15 minute walk from Priceline Stadium.

WHAT’S NEW THIS ROUND
The Match Day Partner for Round 12 is Torrens University and they’re bringing a new virtual reality experience to the Fan Village!
Thanks to Torrens University, Adelaide Thunderbirds fans will get to experience what it’s like on centre-court on match day with competitions taking place at quarter and three-quarter time with the contestants chosen pre-game in the Fan Village. One of the competitions will see contestants test their jigsaw solving skills, while the second will be a hilarious take on the all-time-favourite board game ‘Hungry Hippos’.
Our Fan Village is located outside Priceline Stadium’s main entrance so arrive early with your family and friends and get involved in the free activations. Here’s a list of activities you won’t want to miss:
